  4. Hot tea.
  5. Cepocal cough drops.
  6. Ibuprofen.
  7. Soft tissues.
  8. Yoga.
  9. Cozy blankets.
  10. Butternut squash soup.


  1. Gluten-free bagels with garlic and herb cream cheese.
  2. Writing for no other reason than to write.
  3. Making plans with friends I don’t see often enough.
  4. Getting lost in a good story.
  5. Playing with my camera.
