  1. Super soft tissues.
  2. Cepacol throat lozenges that actually work.
  3. Leaving work early to get rest when I am sick.
  4. Hot tea.
  5. Netflix.
  6. An earlier than normal bedtime.
  7. My recliner from my grandfather.
  8. My ability to say “pause” to the #last90days challenge when I knew I needed the rest due to sickness but still getting 3 of the 5 (Half my body weight of water in ounces, Gratitude list, No soda or junk food).
  9. Naps.
  10. My iPad for getting work done even from my recliner.


  1. The feel of yarn between my fingers.
  2. The changing leaves.
  3. Watching peoples creativity shine.
  4. Curling up in a warm blanket with a cool breeze on my face.
  5. Learning new things!
