I love popcorn! It is one of my favorite snacks and I would rather have popcorn than chips.
Now, I am not talking about microwave popcorn. Air popped popcorn is the way to go.
My recipe is not an exact science. Please use the amounts that work for you.
All Time Favorite Popcorn
4+ cups of air popped popcorn
1-2 TBS butter & 1-2 TBS olive oil melted together
1-2 TBS nutritional yeast
1-2 TBS powdered cheddar
1-2 tsp garlic powder
1-2 tsp chili powder
Drizzle half of the butter/olive oil mixture over the popcorn, sprinkle with salt, and half of all other ingredients, toss. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients!
